Living in Germany
I'm going to keep adding to this list as I think of more stuff.
-Nutella. Both my German families always had giant jars of Nutella in the house.
-Haribo lollies. They are everywhere.
-Public transport here is amazing. The bus system is so easy to navigate because before every stop there is a sign that tells you the name of the stop you are approaching, and a lot of the buses are either super long or double decker so you rarely have to stand. The Deutsche Bahn trains are pretty awesome too, especially first class. The overground and underground are not as nice, but the ones I've been on in LA, Rome, Paris, London are pretty dirty as well...cannot compare to the ones in Shanghai.
-German bread. Despite the whole 'wet concrete' texture, German bread is actually really good for you and it's grown on me.
-Zweiback. Is. Amazing. Stuff. When you spread some Nutella on it and dip it in tea, it is so so good.
-Milchschnitte bars. Omg those too are incredible.
-The city of Berlin just isn't really that pleasing to the eye. It's really quite impossible to compare the non existent aesthetic beauty of Berlin to cities like Paris, Rome, Amsterdam or London.
